As per the recent survey of 1,000 Americans which is done by GfK Custom Research for Bankrate,around 30% of Americans said they usually lose sleep because they are so much stressed about their work.

If you can’t fall asleep go out to a nearby park or any empty area and make a run for at least 30 minutes and go back how fresh up and then you will easily fall asleep. Because keeping your body tired can make you fall asleep faster.
You can also try the vipassana method of meditation in which you will allow yourself to keep at straight sitting position posture and meditate for 30 minutes. It helps your brain relaxed and keeps your mind focused only on one thing.
The phone is a very big distraction these days and this is one big problem to why you can’t fall asleep. I suggest you keep your phone away or you can even switch off and not look at it at all if you can. It’s going to be a great help for you.
You can also play some nature sounds to fall asleep while turning all the light off in your room.
